How to Request Generated Sales?
1. Calculate your total generated sales in premium and vvip portal for the coverage from Friday to Thursday in a weekly basis. Our schedule for filing of the said request is every Thursday, which means on the said day you will calculate your total generated sales from last Friday to that day (Thursday).

What is Travel Fund and Travel Voucher
Travel Fund (Cebu Pacific)
Travel Fund is a virtual wallet used to store the total amount you’ve paid for an existing booking. This can be used as a form of payment for booking a new flight and purchasing add-ons in the future.
The value to be included in the Travel Fund includes fares, taxes, all unused add-ons, admin fee and handling fees, but excludes flight fees.
Travel Fund is offered for cancelled flights or for flights with schedule changes of more than sixty (60) minutes. For added flexibility, guests who purchased CEB Flexi during initial booking may also use this for Voluntary Change/Cancellation purposes.
Travel Voucher (Philippine Airlines)
1. Your converted myPAL Travel Voucher is valid for one year and can be used to purchase new PAL tickets or PAL Travel Extra/s.
2. A maximum of two (2) myPAL Travel Vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
3. You may top-up with cash or credit card to avail of tickets or PAL Travel Extras with prices higher than the voucher.
4. The myPAL Travel Voucher is non-transferable.
5. If you are affected by an involuntary change, your Travel Voucher is refundable. Otherwise, the refundability of your myPAL Travel Voucher (full or partial) will be subject to the fare rules and conditions of your ticket.
6. When you are ready to travel, you may contact any Philippine Airlines Channel to use your PAL Travel Voucher. -

How to refund a booking? (Hotel, Flights, & Ferry)
To file a rebooking, you have to email the right department. For VIP & VVIP , it’s [email protected] , for Starter, Premium, & Deluxe it’s [email protected]
Please make sure to indicate the reason for refund, if there is any cancellation notice or medical certificate kindly attach it in the email.
Note: Refund is subject for approval. Once approved, it may take 8-9 months or even higher depending on the Airline procedure for you to get the said amount which shall be credited directly to your booking portal where you have booked the said ticket. -

What do I need to know when Booking a flight?
1. Make sure that you have entered the correct details of your client. To have accurate data, it is better to ask for a Valid ID of the Passenger.
2. Do not input any special characters as the Airline does not accept these in their system. If you are about to book a passenger which has an ñ on their name, you have to replace it with n.
3. Make sure to tag your passenger according to their classification such as Adult, infant and Child. If ever you will tag the passenger as an Adult though they are still under Child, you will encounter a problem for Birth year amendment on the the Airlines website as the Year that will appear will be based on the Passenger Classification that you have chosen.
Important Note: For name amendment with more than one letter.
Philippine Airlines does not allow name correction with more than 1 letter, if the ticket is not more than 24 hours yet upon booking, you may request for voiding the ticket with a minimal fee. For Cebu Pacific and Airasia, they allow name correction with more than one letter as long as it did not go beyond 24 hours upon booking. -
