What platforms do we use? And what's the difference between them?
We use three platforms:
- Affiliate Dashboard account – Track your commissions and affiliation progress.
- All-in-One Booking Portal – Book transactions for clients, such as hotel, ferry, PSA, visa, passport, etc.
- SLBP Account – An e-commerce platform, similar to Facebook, where you can post achievements, buy and sell products, and connect with other Affiliates.

Is the SLBP platform the same as the Starlegends Adventures app?
Yes, they are the same. The link provided is for the web version of the app, while the Starlegends Adventures App is the mobile phone application, offering more convenient access to the platform.

What do I need to Log In my All-in-One Booking Portal?
You need the email address & Password. These details are provided by the admin through the email which you provided to them.

Do I need to have balance in my portal to book tickets?
Yes, you need to have sufficient funds in your booking portal to book flights successfully. For example, if the ticket price is 5,000, you need to have at least 5,000, including your markup, in your booking portal. The markup will be credited back to your portal once the ticket price has been deducted.

How can I replenish my funds in my Booking Portal?
For you to have funds in your booking portal, you need to request for TOP UP. Send the amount you want to load in your booking portal through our nominated mode of payments and once done, send your proof of payment to [email protected] with your Name and Agency Name.

What are the policies and processes for flight bookings, changes, travel accommodations, and refunds for cancelled flights?
You can request the following services for your booking:
- Baggage, Seat Selection, Wheelchair Requests, and Rebooking: Contact [email protected]. Rebooking must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
- Flight Status: Provide your system-generated ticket.
- Seat Changes or Upgrades: Additional fees may apply based on availability.
- Lost Baggage: Report immediately to support at the airport.
- Traveling with Pets: Contact support for policies, fees, and documentation.
- Special Meals: Request at booking or 48 hours before the flight.
- Name Changes and Ticket Voiding (PAL only): Fees apply; voiding is allowed on the same booking day.
For cancelled flights: Refunds depend on the supplier’s terms. Refunds are guaranteed for weather disruptions or uncontrollable events. Voluntary cancellations may incur charges.
Note: Low-cost carriers (Cebu Pacific, AirAsia, Jetstar, Tigerair) are generally non-refundable. Destination-specific rules may apply.
